The misson of Mountain Ridge High School is to graduate responsible citizens prepared to achieve personal success while contributing positively to society.

I teach Health periods 2, 3, and 6 and Sports Medicine periods 1 and 4.  My prep period is 5th period.  I am also the Certified Athletic Trainer, caring for the Mountain Ridge athletes.

All health students will need a composition notebook for class. 

All sports medicine students will need a 2 inch binder and approximately 25 dividers.

Parents, please provide me with an email address you check frequently.  Please include in the subject line your child's name and class period.  I use email lists to send home information regarding assignments, tests, etc.  Thank you!
